Right Time Watches

Got my forever bracelet from Right Time Watches this weekend. I absolutely love it! Victoria did an amazing job. She was gentle with me and extremely knowledgeable about her passion of fine jewelry. I’ve been wanting a forever bracket for almost a year. I’m so happy I decided to get mine done here. Most other companies use gold plated chains. Their company offered pure gold or white gold. Thank you again, Victoria! I will be telling anyone who listens to stop by for their forever jewelry!

Aside from an impressive show room of gorgeous new and preowned watches, their service is phenomenal. I took an Invicta watch here that is very near and dear to me because I was missing a pin that I just didn’t have a replacement for. Not only did they fix it in a matter of minutes, but they were sweet enough to not even charge me. I will definitely be coming back to Right Time Watches. Take care of your customers, and they’ll take care of you!

I've had good experiences in the past at the South location. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the North location. I've been in several times and spoke with the older man working there. Almost immediately, I felt subject to poor selling tactics of being rushed into choices that I didn't want. If I was looking for a square watch and they didn't have any he would push for me to buy a circular case. When I tried to sell an Omega DeVille at the North location the older man quoted the watch severely under the resale cost saying the watch was no longer manufactured. That same model is still on the Omega website as currently being manufactured. The last comment I had was for the high MSRP cost of the watches being sold there. Many watches had an over-inflated markup reflective of pandemic greed inflation. I noticed many of the used watches being sold for the same cost that a new model would be priced at several years ago. The Casios are all listed at MSRP when the Casio site has many of the same watches priced for half off. I know that a business has to make a profit but I have not enjoyed the experiences at the North location. I hope they change their selling structure because I don't know how long a company can last like this in the age of widely available E-commerce. Overall, the experience at the North location feels close to a smarmy Vegas pawn shop. If you're looking for a deal or reasonable pricing then check somewhere else first.

This is a great family run business, and they have a very cool selection of watches in the show room. It’s a fun place to go and look around, and to buy and trade watches I’m sure, and a great place for service. My review will outline my experience, and mention some of what I read in other reviews. I trusted them with a repair of a vintage Glycine Airman SST watch, which has huge sentimental value to me. This was hard for me. They got the repairs and service done very quickly. It was a little longer than first estimated, but totally normal – I’m not known for patience, and was happy. The watch looks great, and they got it wearable. I tiffed with the owner on what kind of second hand they would use since originals are not available, and I should have not even done that because he picked an AWESOME one, and it’s way better than what I was thinking. It’s freaking perfect to me, given original was not an option. I called the next day because the watch was making a weird noise, and not hacking, they told me to bring it back, they were polite about it, and they were ready to help. The full story is – they told me about the noise, I checked with my watch guy who didn’t see the watch, and we thought it was wrong. My watch guy emailed me later after I sent videos, and he said it’s most likely what they said it was. I feel stupid now, because I made a stink and was in the wrong aside from the hacking, but that’s not a deal breaker. This shop treated me well, did a great job, and they did it under budget, but that could have been over depending on what each watch needs. I was able to get a cool nato strap too . From the parts, they replaced a set bridge and got the quick set date working, which is sometimes hard because they are not quality mechanisms. Basicly, these guys know what they are doing….and the only thing I’m going to bring it back for is to see if they can get the hacking mechanism to work. It’s keeping great time. Addressing other reviews, I did find the owner “Direct” not “rude” as quoted in other reviews. He tells you how it is, and he is an expert in the trade. It’s not a common trade. Finding a good watch maker is not easy, and it’s not easy to learn or teach it to people. Also, people who complain about watch batteries increasing in price, come on…what’s stayed the same price. Even if the batteries went down their rent went up. sucks because a good family run business has a 4 vs 5 star review they deserve. All I can say is I’m smiling wearing my dad’s watch and I’ll give them more business. Dropping another vintage watch off soon to them.

There's no doubt these guys are experts and they have a beautiful selection of watches. I've done work with them before and have always been satisfied, but today I went to get a watch resized and I got charged $15 for a 30 second job. I have never been charged for a watch resizing at any watch/jeweler and have done so at this location in the past without getting charged while I was getting a battery replaced. It was frustrating because the price was not disclosed to me ahead of time and if it was, I would have gone elsewhere or YouTubed a video and resized the watch myself. It's a good learning experience and I'll either go somewhere else for my watch tasks or do it myself instead of paying for a 30 second job.

Outstanding customer service. A young lady helped me and was very knowledgeable on the Hamilton watches. She let me try on the watches and was happy to let me take my sizing pictures. Probably the best selection of new and pre-owned watches in Denver. They even have the rare limited edition watches like the monstrous 50MM Hamilton Khaki field. I will definitely be coming here to purchase my watches in the future.
